Southern Mechanical was founded in 1992, evolving from a small family start-up to a dependable
multi-faceted company.
Today, Southern Mechanical is still family-run with its
headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee where Robert Malick established the company almost 30 years
ago.
Southern Mechanical is a one-stop shop for completing a project from start to
finish. Having completed over 23,000 units in the multi-family space and countless light
commercial projects, Southern Mechanical has become a leading development partner in the Southeast
and Midwest.
Providing quality work throughout the Southeast, Midwest and Beyond.
Southern Mechanical has expanded beyond the state of Tennessee. Together with our team,
we're spreading our mission of fighting the climate to nearly every state in the South,
Midwest, and beyond.
We leave our footprint everywhere we go and strive to bring back
lessons learned in other states home to Tennessee. Our experience and knowledge will soon bring
fabulously conditioned rooms across the country.
Our team has conquered every challenge set
before us, our best example being the Stillwater, Oklahoma college project. The 180 apartments had
to be done by August 1st and we arrived to start working on May 15th. What should have been a
nine-month job was done in two and a half months!
